Buyers can select amenities like granite countertops, a walk-in pantry, drop zone, luxurious master suites, oversized bedrooms, and tall ceilings. Marlee Woods is located north of Ford Road and is close to shopping and convenient for commuters. Floor plans vary, offering between 1,385 - 2,752 sq. ft of space. There are also plans to fix streetlights, install sidewalks, and improve stormwater drainage to the neighborhood. The HOA has also been reinstated to ensure order as the community grows.
