In-Person Payment
Prefer to handle your payments face-to-face? Visit us in person at our facility, and our friendly staff will assist you with your payment. We accept cash, cashier’s check, money order, debit card and all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
Over-the-Phone Payment
Paying your storage rental is just a phone call away. Simply call our office, and one of our representatives will process your payment securely over the phone using your credit or debit card. It’s quick, easy, and convenient.
Online Payment
Managing your account online has never been easier. Log in to our secure customer portal to make one-time payments or set up recurring payments. You can pay using your credit or debit card, and you’ll receive an instant confirmation of your payment.
AutoPay
Set it and forget it with AutoPay! By enrolling in AutoPay, your monthly storage rental fee will be automatically deducted from your credit or debit card each month. This option ensures you never miss a payment and can avoid late fees. Sign into your SROA account to get started!
Frequently Asked Questions about Payments & Billing
How Do I Make A Payment Online?
SROA makes paying easy. Each tenant receives a monthly invoice alert that provides a personal payment link to the account. Tenants can also visit their online account at sroa.com/my-account. Once securely logged in, select the "Make a Payment" drop-down next to your storage unit. You can make a one time payment, pre-pay, or even setup AutoPay. Once selected you'll be asked to fill in your payment information. If assistance is needed, please contact our Storage Specialist team at 800.457.5678. Our team will be happy to provide you with a unique link via email or SMS.
How Do I Sign Up For AutoPay?
We strongly recommend our tenants utilize the Auto Payment feature. If you wish to enroll in the Auto Payment program, please visit your online account. Once securely logged in, select the "Make a Payment" drop-down next to your storage unit and then select "Setup AutoPay." You can also manage AutoPay by clicking "Billing" on the left side of the screen. From there, you can view which storage units are enrolled in AutoPay. You may also visit your local SROA office during business hours to enroll in the Auto Payment program.
Do You Have a Drop Box Location?
Most SROA facilities offer After Hours drop boxes, but not all. We strongly encourage tenants to call their storage facility directly for location-specific confirmation and its exact location. Please ensure that the tenant’s full name, unit number and payment date on the closed envelope. Additionally, we encourage tenants to enroll in the AutoPay program for ease of payment or pay online.
Do You Take Partial Payments?
SROA does not accept partial payment for storage services. However, we do offer various payment options including cash, money order, and debit/credit cards. If you have questions, please contact our Storage Specialist team at 800-457-5678 or speak with your local Property Manager for assistance.

When Is My Payment Due?
Storage payments are typically due on the first day of each month. However, there are some locations where payments are due on the anniversary date. If a tenant is enrolled in SROA’s Auto Pay feature, no worries, payment will be automatically taken out at the beginning of each month. We send our tenants reminder notes to the email address on file prior to payment is due. To review your account and check your specific rent due date, please visit your SROA account to manage your payments.
I Need to Talk to Someone. What Are Your Call Center Hours?
Most Property Offices are open to serve you 5 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm Saturday 9:30am – 4:00pm We have many locations that are open on Wednesday. Please check our website for site specific hours of operation. Additionally, our team of Storage Specialists are available to assist 7 days a week. They can be reached Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm ET and Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 5:30pm ET at 800-457-5678.
