• Simonton Lake: This suburban neighborhood includes college-educated, white-collar senior citizens. 32.8% of employed residents work in professional, executive, and managerial occupations. • Dunlap: Another suburban neighborhood, Dunlap Homes, was built between 1970 and 1999, although some older homes also exist.
