This was one of the easiest storage rental transactions I've ever had. Everyone was professional, courteous, and helpful. And the unit was spacious and clean, and the building it was in was spotless. I'm especially impressed with the carts that are used to help move things in, and the ease of which everything was handled. I feel like my things will be very secure, safe from weather issues, and easily accessible to me.

Recently had to move out of a more expensive storage space. The first one was completely online and only mem. I still have not met anyone from that place. This place was a massive difference as I actually was shown the two storage rooms, then brought back and Jeff explained the leases, etc. I recently lost my husband and don’t go out much, not wanting to deal with even talking to people. Jeff was so very kind, professional and welcoming. I appreciate do his patience when asking questions and low key sympathy/empathy was VERY much appreciated!! The other lady in the office, same, very kind and professional.
