The door on my unit had been damaged to a point where it would not open and was partly off the tracks. Dale called me back soon after reporting this and set up a time for the next day (today). He was prompt, efficient, and friendly as he quickly returned the door to a working condition. Dale also told me if I had anymore issues with the door to call him. Thanks, Dale!
