Iv used this company before when they were iron guard so I’m a little familiar with the storage unit. First time using it since they changed names. The storage unit i got this time is bigger then the last one, when arriving to the unit, i found it very weird that it had two doors for one unit.(two doors the size of a front door of a home) I was worried about how difficult it might be moving furniture into unit since it would be a tight squeeze. I went over the the leasing office to talk to someone about possibly moving to a unit that had larger doors to make moving easier myself and my grandfather who would be helping me. Sean the manger there was friendly upon me entering the building, he helped me try to see what we can do if we can find something the same size as well with larger doors, he even took the steps of coming with me to one of the locations to help find another unit. That’s what i call above and beyond! Sean even gave great advice on how we could maneuver the furniture to get it in the unit. I appreciate when people like Sean go above and beyond to help people like myself when we need help! Thank you Sean!
