  • Edgehill - An expansive area east of King George's town center, Edgehill has a rural character, with rolling terrain and many wooded areas in between streets lined with homes.   • Fairview Beach - With a median real estate price of $379,094, much of Fairview Beach is rural and wooded, except for a small area close to the Potomac River that has a more suburban feel.
