With a history as old as 1699, Hobe Sound is a beautiful area with authentic Floridian charm. The town recorded a population of over 11,500 in 2011 and was incorporated in 2018. Damage from the 1928 Okeechobee hurricane forced builders to abandon the project, but the street sign names can still be seen today.

Blowing Rocks Preserve is a beautiful beach that contains the largest limestone deposits in the East Coast United States.
