The manager at this location is terrific. I rented a unit today and he made everything so easy. The paperwork was minimal. The process from walking in, to picking out my unit, to paperwork and being done was less than a half-hour. I recommend this place for convenience and the great staff!!!

FYI , I rented my unit a month ago and I am very satisfied with the service I have received your employee there I believe his name is Ed is fantastic even the first day I had called for directions and showed up hrs later he knew who I was and took me to my unit and went over everything..Today I was there to pay my rent and did not know they opened at 9 so I was an hr early but had to go to work as I walk away from the door he came out ask me if I needed anything and gladly let me in and took my payment....it is employees like Ed that make or break a company's reputation but with more people like Ed in your company I know that Storage Rentals of America is the only place that gets my business.....GREAT JOB ED
