I came in I could Russ recognized me right away. He was professional and never asked for a autograph or a picture it was refreshing to be treated like a person. I may store here but still looking for the best option for me. Not sure where I will be in a few weeks have to be loose. Russ offered to make a reservation and showed me a 10x20 and a parking space. Great customer service. Russ was very professional. I recently went into the office to find Russ and Leo covered in sweat. Heat index of 110, both guys were outside finishing the removeal of a fence. Russ smiled greeted me apologized for his appearance. I got my gate code these two men should be cherished. Edit THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING HELPFUL..... I got a place so I hate/happy to say I have moved . Still may bring Russ a Dunken once in awhile. Thank you again Need a unit again 5x5 for a month or two.. wow there was a special running , saving me some money. Thank yall again

The facility is a little older but well maintained by the staff. PM is professional and knowledgeable. Recommending this location to everyone they are filling up fast. They just hired a new guy Leo he is funny and professional. Still learning the ropes. Have to update. Since the arrival of Leo, Russ is able to concentrate efforts in approving the overall look of the office I caught him spring cleaning the "break area". And the showroom. Keep up the great work guys. The guys are always cleaning something. I see Leo fixing things throwing things away, cutting up furniture people have left behind. Russ greets you everything you walk in the office. Clean clean and clean
